Malmberg is seeking a Strategisch Partner Manager for its 12+ business unit, specifically for the Secondary Education market. This role is crucial for growing Malmberg's market position in Secondary Education by expanding valuable relationships with external stakeholders. You will have significant autonomy to implement your strategic vision and will work within the Malmberg sales VO team.
Your responsibilities will include advising and supporting colleagues in implementing our educational solutions, collaborating closely with various departments within Malmberg. You will also actively contribute to adapting sales methods in a changing VO education market and participate in sales and after-sales activities such as trade fairs and customer meetings.
What you will do:
- Achieve commercial objectives by actively approaching existing and new customers in Secondary Education.
- Take ultimate responsibility for guiding the growth of our direct customer base, with a key component being the internal organization's adoption of this growing revenue stream.
- Co-determine the VO sales strategy with the other Strategisch Partner Manager and the Salesmanager VO.
- Build and strengthen relationships with chain/partner organizations active in the VO market.
- Provide valuable input for sales and after-sales activities like trade fairs, study afternoons, and learning material markets.
- Actively gather customer and market information and share it with the sales VO team and relevant departments within Malmberg.
- Track your results and provide reports via our CRM system, Salesforce.

- You have a distinct commercial profile and extensive demonstrable commercial experience, preferably in the education sector.
- You possess strong organizational sensitivity, effectively representing the interests of other departments and the entire Malmberg organization.
- You have experience with and affinity for organizational change.
- You have demonstrable experience in leadership and project-based work.
- You have experience and enjoyment in negotiating at a strategic level.
- You are an independent and proactive professional with a customer-centric mindset and approach.

- You hold a university (WO) level of work and thinking.
