About the Role:

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will independently manage incidents and problem tasks, including critical business incidents, in collaboration with L3 support, business stakeholders, and operations experts. You will be responsible for executing changes and updates in production environments, guiding and supporting new release roll-outs, and continuously seeking opportunities to enhance platform reliability and automate daily operations.

You will join the GOTO, Group Functions, Comms and Branding technology team, which focuses on leveraging data insights to inform omni-channel marketing strategies. You will collaborate with C&B Services teams across Zurich, London, USA, Poland, and India. The team manages a diverse portfolio of digital marketing and communication platforms, including the public website, microsites, analytics tools, global e-mail marketing solutions, marketing automation platforms, high-performance web caching, mobile applications, the corporate intranet, and employee engagement systems.
