As a Data Scientist - Insights, you will be a key player in shaping our product's future and driving our strategy. Embedded within a cross-functional squad, you’ll collaborate closely with product managers, tech leads, designers, and stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights that inform business decisions.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Analyze and improve the accessibility of customer care channels, ensuring enhanced user experience without negatively impacting key metrics like inbound volume, customer happiness, and resolution rates.
- Optimize customer care inbound initiatives by assessing current processes, modeling impacts, and designing/executing tests for efficiency improvements.
- Assess and improve internal tools for customer care agents, focusing on security, performance tracking, and interface efficiency.
- Leverage data to continuously improve the platform by analyzing customer behavior, quantifying feature impact, and providing actionable insights for product strategy.
- Define key performance indicators, tracking events, and engagement metrics aligned with business goals.
- Design, execute, and evaluate large-scale experiments to test new ideas and measure their effectiveness.
- Build strong relationships with data and technical leaders to foster collaboration and drive cross-team initiatives.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Experience in data product analytics, working with product teams, experimenting, and uncovering optimization opportunities.
- Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests with a strong grasp of statistical concepts.
- Strong understanding of data analysis concepts such as conversion, LTV, cohort analysis, and retention.
- Proficiency in programming languages like SQL and Python, with the ability to write efficient, scalable code.
- Curiosity, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to proactively identify and address challenges.
- Ability to craft compelling data stories and communicate complex insights clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Interest in the bigger picture and impacting the product roadmap and strategy.
Nice to Have:
- Background in 2-sided marketplaces or digital businesses (B2B, B2C, B2B2C).
- Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap).
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques for user behavior prediction or product recommendations.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative field.
- Previous experience in mentoring or coaching others.
