Role Overview:
As a Senior Area Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in driving sales and expanding our market presence in network automation solutions across Poland.
You will make an impact by:
- Intensively acquiring new customers and maintaining/developing business relationships with existing clients in the assigned territory of Northern and Eastern Poland.
Your responsibilities:
- Building, developing, and selling using direct and indirect sales channels.
- Achieving agreed-upon sales plans and marketing activities.
- Preparing sales reports detailing the implementation stages of established actions.
- Selling and marketing Hitachi Energy's solutions for power industry products and systems.
- Conducting commercial negotiations.
- Providing technical advice and support to clients at every sales stage.
- Collaborating daily with the Bid & Proposal department on preparing commercial offers and technical solutions.
Your competencies:
- Higher technical education, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Automation, or IT.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in building, developing, and selling using direct and indirect sales channels.
- Good command of English, enabling fluent communication in an international environment.
- Valid Category B driver's license and willingness for frequent business travel.
- Knowledge of the professional and industrial energy markets; experience in selling automation, IT, electronics, or electrical engineering services will be an additional asset.
