Sofia Stars is expanding and seeking Croatian OR Slovenian & English speaking Customer Support Agents.
Shift Options: * Day Shift: * Working Hours: 09 AM - 18 PM and 14 PM - 23 PM (rotating weekly), with an option for 17 PM - 02 AM. * Working Days: 5 days work, 2 days rest (schedule set 1 month in advance). * Night Shift: * Working Hours: 23 PM - 09 AM. * Working Days: 3 days work, 3 days off.
Important Note: This is an office-based position only; remote options are not considered.
Responsibilities: * Provide support in Croatian or Slovenian and English via email and live chat. * Process inquiries with great attention to detail and content. * Identify client needs and proactively propose solutions. * Focus on customer expectations and satisfaction. * Collaborate with the team to improve and establish necessary processes.
Qualifications: * Proficiency in Croatian or Slovenian and English (written and spoken). * Proactive with good support/sales skills. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Attention to detail. * Previous experience as a support agent is an advantage.
