We are looking for a Junior Information Security Compliance Specialist (1-year contract for maternity cover) to join our mission to create a #CyberFit future and protect all data, applications, and systems across any environment.
In this role, you will participate in Security and Compliance team projects to ensure the company's compliance with its applicable requirements and strategy.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Ensure Acronis services and IT infrastructure comply with applicable laws and standards (e.g., ISO 2700x, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS).
- Maintain up-to-date policies and procedures in alignment with relevant regulations.
- Assist in internal and external audit processes.
- Assess compliance risks in new processes and systems.
- Conduct vendor risk assessments.
- Address client and regulatory due-diligence inquiries.
- Perform duties as outlined in the job description, company policies, assigned roles, and manager directives.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Understanding of international laws and regulations: ISO 2700x, ISO 9001, GDPR, HIPAA, SSAE 18, etc.
- Experience writing internal policies and procedures from scratch or significantly adopting existing programs for new regulations.
- Organized, strong planning and time management skills.
- Any related degrees or professional certificates is a plus.
