NN Digital Hub Ibera, a subsidiary of Nationale Nederlanden Group, is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join their Information Technologies team in Madrid, Spain. This is a full-time, indefinite contract position.

Role Purpose/Mission: The DevOps Engineer will specialize in technology and infrastructures, possessing extensive knowledge of development and operations, including cloud solutions, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, systems, networking, debugging, and observability. The primary responsibility is to provide stable, secure, and resilient IT services to internal and external customers, offering company-wide support. This includes operating and maintaining services to meet defined SLAs, performing deployments, troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving cloud infrastructure and system-related issues, as well as implementing performance improvements. The role also requires participation in a 24x7 on-call rotation for Level 2/3 support. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, staying current with market trends and new technologies to drive innovation and enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities: * Manage infrastructure as code to ensure stable, fully operational, and secure IT services. * Share knowledge with the team, other business units, and the Group. * Execute release runbooks for deployments across various environments, particularly production. * Manage cloud costs to adhere to budget constraints. * Ensure infrastructure security and compliance by design. * Manage tasks on a Kanban Board in alignment with company strategy.

Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree, Master of Science, or completed studies in Business Administration or IT. * Minimum of 5 years of experience. * Minimum of 5 years managing Cloud Environments and Cloud projects. * Relevant Cloud Certifications.
