Role Objective:
Achieve individual and team objectives in terms of profitability by providing exceptional service to TD SYNNEX customers and maintaining the highest levels of accuracy, efficiency, and quality in customer and supplier service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Amazon Web Services account to develop its business within TD SYNNEX in the Iberian market.
- Promote and sell the use of TD SYNNEX's e-business services.
- Gather detailed customer information to help grow their business within TD SYNNEX.
- Identify, track, and close sales opportunities.
- Carry out proactive activities established by the Cloud Spain department.
- Prepare quotes, follow up, and convert them into orders.
- Provide customers with accurate information on products, pricing, special offers, and promotions.
- Maintain quality standards on inbound and outbound calls.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Represent TD SYNNEX professionally and efficiently at all times.
- Sell the benefits of working with TD SYNNEX and its value proposition.
- Develop and execute account plans to maintain and grow customer business, in collaboration with a Field Sales Executive or Business Development Manager.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Experience in IT channel sales and/or purchasing.
- Basic knowledge of hardware and software products.
- Experience with SAP R3 / BW is an advantage.
