Job Description:

Reporting to the Business Banking Regional Manager, you will lead the commercial team under your charge in an inspiring way, facilitating a high-performance work environment with freedom to express yourselves and propose improvements focused on the value proposition for our clients. You will coordinate collaboration with other divisions of the Bank, both within the framework of the Bank for Entrepreneurs with Wealth Management and Private Banking, and with Personal Banking.

You will be responsible for acquiring new clients and business in your Business Center. You will also attend to and manage your own client portfolio, maintaining and increasing its activity through the marketing of financial products and services oriented towards this segment.

Responsibilities

  • Study new products and services launched by Business Banking to organize and plan their sale to clients/prospects. Be proactive in proposing new ideas and/or improvements to the service, products offered to our clients, and market prospecting to your Regional Director.
  • Know the micro-market of your Office's environment. Know the commercial objectives and distribute them among your team in coordination with your Regional Director, ensuring the greatest efficiency in service and commercial effectiveness.
  • Carry out all necessary actions aimed at achieving the business objectives established for both your team and your client portfolio, supervising and driving the commercial policies defined for this purpose.
  • Ensure adequate profitability for the Bank from the business acquired in accordance with the established parameters, always safeguarding the interests of the client. Communicate campaign objectives to your team and jointly define specific actions to achieve them.
  • Monitor commercial information: review the achievement of your budget and that of the CEM, in coordination with your Regional Director; analyze results, campaign evolution, and profitability reports, and share them with your team to agree on improvement actions.

Skills

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing commercial teams, as well as clients and the marketing of banking products and services will be valued.
  • Good relationship and communication skills, generating enthusiastic and inspiring impact.
  • High client orientation, and focus on achieving objectives in high-performance teams.
  • Planning and team orientation skills; initiative and collaboration with other divisions.
  • Generate brand recognition in your area through attendance and promotion of entrepreneur forums and events.
