Product Owner (security background)

Must-have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in a technology environment.
• Experience working on cybersecurity-related products or in close collaboration with security teams.
• Ability to work with engineering teams and understanding of technology stacks: TypeScript, React, AWS, Postgres.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI, LLM, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures.
• Ability to conduct discovery and prioritize product initiatives.
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
• Strong understanding of the application lifecycle and the threat modeling process.
• Ability to align technological, regulatory, and product requirements.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience scaling AI-based products in an enterprise environment.
• Knowledge of frameworks such as the Google Agentic Framework.
• Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+).

Responsibilities

• End-to-end product lifecycle management-from identifying user needs, through developing strategies and roadmaps, to implementation and solution scaling.
• Translating concepts and industry requirements (including in the field of cybersecurity) into coherent product goals and specifications.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams combining engineering, data analysis, and information security.
• Planning and supervising the execution of development work and product priorities.
• Validating and refining ideas through testing, user research, and iterative feedback collection.
• Ensuring product compliance with regulations, industry standards, and internal guidelines.
• Monitoring key performance indicators and reporting results to stakeholders.
