For one of our major clients, we are looking for a Python Tech Lead!
Engagement Conditions: * Location: 100% remote * Start: ASAP (we accept candidates with a notice period of max 1 month) * Rate (individually set): 160 - 190 PLN net / hour * Engagement: B2B (outsourcing with 1dea), full-time, long-term
Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of Python developers, ensuring code quality, architecture, and timely delivery.
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable backend solutions.
- Collaborating with product owners, architects, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements.
- Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback.
- Continuously improving team processes and tools.
- Making key technical decisions in the project.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in Python programming.
- Documented experience in a technical lead role.
- Very good knowledge of Python frameworks (e.g., Django, FastAPI, Flask).
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Good knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
- Ability to design architecture and apply design patterns.
- Knowledge of CI/CD and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Minimum B2 level English (spoken and written).
- High communication and team management skills.
KJ Java Tech Lead
For one of our major clients, we are looking for a Java Tech Lead!
Engagement Conditions: * Location: 100% remote * Start: ASAP (we accept candidates with a notice period of max 1 month) * Rate (individually set): 175 - 210 PLN net / hour * Engagement: B2B (outsourcing with 1dea), full-time, long-term
Responsibilities:
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Java, including experience as a Tech Lead.
- Very good knowledge of Java and Spring (Spring Boot, Spring Data).
- Experience with Oracle, SQL.
- Understanding the impact of application architecture on database performance.
- Ability to effectively manage a development team and organize their work.
- Knowledge of English at a minimum B2 level.
- Communicativeness, independence, and initiative.

Responsibilities:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a PMO role (or similar) in an IT environment.
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence tools – a must-have.
- Ability to work with data (reports, analyses, summaries).

Engagement Conditions: * Industry: media * Location: 100% remote / hybrid (Warsaw or Krakow) * Start: ASAP (we accept candidates with a notice period of max 1 month) * Rate: 100 - 135 PLN net + VAT / hour * Engagement: B2B (outsourcing with 1dea), full-time, long-term (12 months+ with option for further extension)
Responsibilities:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automated testing.
- Knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Practical knowledge of tools like Playwright, Selenium, Appium.
- Experience with code repositories (e.g., Git) and work management tools (JIRA, GitLab, Xray).
- Ability to analyze and debug tests and effectively resolve issues.
- Ability to write and read technical documentation in English.
- Independence, responsibility, and commitment to product quality.
