For one of our major clients, we are looking for a Python Tech Lead!

Engagement Conditions:
  • Location: 100% remote
  • Start: ASAP (we accept candidates with a maximum 1-month notice period)
  • Rate (individually determined): 160 - 190 PLN net / hour
  • Engagement: B2B (outsourcing with 1dea), full-time, long-term
Responsibilities:
  • Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in Python programming
  • Documented experience in a technical lead role
  • Very good knowledge of Python frameworks (e.g., Django, FastAPI, Flask)
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Good knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases
  • Ability to design architecture and apply design patterns
  • Knowledge of CI/CD and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Minimum B2 level English (spoken and written)
  • High communication and team management skills

Java Tech Lead

For one of our major clients, we are looking for a Java Tech Lead!

Engagement Conditions:
  • Location: 100% remote

  • Rate (individually determined): 175 - 210 PLN net / hour
  • Engagement: B2B (outsourcing with 1dea), full-time, long-term
Responsibilities:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Java, including in a Tech Lead role.
  • Very good knowledge of Java and Spring (Spring Boot, Spring Data).
  • Experience with Oracle, SQL.
  • Understanding the impact of application architecture on database performance.
  • Ability to effectively manage a development team and organize their work.
  • Knowledge of English at a minimum B2 level.

For one of our major clients, we are looking for an IT PMO!

Engagement Conditions:
  • Location: hybrid work (3 days in the Warsaw office)
  • Start: ASAP (we accept candidates with a maximum 1-month notice period)
  • Salary: up to 11,000 PLN net / month (B2B)

Requirements:

  • Start: ASAP (we accept candidates with a maximum 1-month notice period)
  • Rate: 100 - 135 PLN net + VAT / hour
  • Engagement: B2B (outsourcing with 1dea), full-time, long-term (12 months+ with option for further extension)
Responsibilities:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in automated testing
  • Knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
  • Practical knowledge of tools like Playwright, Selenium, Appium
  • Experience with code repositories (e.g., Git) and work management tools (JIRA, GitLab, Xray)
  • Ability to analyze and debug tests and effectively resolve issues
  • Ability to write and read technical documentation in English
  • Independence, responsibility, and commitment to product quality
