Python Tech Lead!
Engagement Conditions:
Location: 100% remote Start: ASAP (we accept candidates with a maximum 1-month notice period) Rate (individually determined): 160 - 190 PLN net / hour Engagement: B2B (outsourcing with 1dea), full-time, long-term
Responsibilities:- Leading a team of Python developers, ensuring code quality, architecture, and timely delivery.
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable backend solutions.
- Collaborating with product owners, architects, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements.
- Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback.
- Continuously improving team processes and tools.
- Making key technical decisions in the project.
- Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in Python programming.
- Documented experience in a technical lead role.
- Very good knowledge of Python frameworks (e.g., Django, FastAPI, Flask).
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Good knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
- Ability to design architecture and apply design patterns.
- Knowledge of CI/CD and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Minimum B2 level English (spoken and written).
- High communication and team management skills.
