Concept Quality Reply advises and supports customers from the automotive, manufacturing, smart infrastructure and other sectors in all matters relating to the Internet of Things (IoT) and cloud computing. The aim is to offer end-to-end solutions along the entire value chain: from the definition of an IoT strategy and advice on possible applications to the design and implementation of a concrete solution. This includes the selection of suitable technologies and components, the communication and interaction between objects and devices, and their integration. Concept Reply designs and develops complete project plans as well as customized individual components and systems.

Role Description

We are looking for a Test Automation specialist to join our team in Katowice. You will be responsible for designing and developing automated tests to ensure the quality of applications based on microservices architectures, including multichannel solutions, responsive web applications, mobile applications, and complex backend systems. You will integrate testing into the development process, contributing to the definition of best practices for development and code quality (code reviews, DevOps, CI/CD).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated tests for various application types.
• Integrate testing into the development process and define best practices.
• Write and execute automated functional, regression, integration, and performance tests.
• Optimize and improve testing processes, identifying critical scenarios for automation.
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure integrated quality.
• Share knowledge and best practices to foster a strong culture of software quality.

Qualifications

• University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a comparable field.
• Good knowledge of the testing process and proficiency in Java.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Selenium, Appium.
• Familiarity with locators/xpaths.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, PlayWright, or Cypress is an advantage.
• Experience in Agile development environments and practices (Jira, Confluence preferred).
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
• Very good communication skills in English and Polish.
• ISTQB Certification is a plus.
