Cloud Platform Engineer (Azure)

Role and Responsibilities

As a Cloud Platform Engineer specializing in Azure, you will be responsible for:

• Migrating on-premise environments to the Azure cloud.
• Designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Azure DevOps.
• Ensuring best practices in code structure, reusability, and security.
• Managing and maintaining containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Setting up and operating monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Commvault, and Stash.
• Optimizing observability pipelines for application teams.
• Cooperating with cross-functional development teams to support deployment and performance optimization.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

• Successfully completed university studies in computer science or comparable courses of study.
• Experience in cloud platform engineering or DevOps roles with Azure.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies, specifically Docker and Kubernetes.
• Expertise in GitLab.
• Fluency in English and Polish is required. German is a plus.
• Openness to visit the Katowice office once a month.
