  • Act as a customer-facing Consultant to understand business needs and identify opportunities for offering relevant solutions.
  • Support the design, development, and deployment of AI-enabled Modern Workplace solutions utilizing technologies like Microsoft 365, Power Platform and Azure OpenAI. 
  • Provide training, documentation, and user support.

  • Successful completion of higher education as a qualified IT specialist or university degree in computer science.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform (Microsoft SharePoint, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Viva Engage).
  • Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps, Document Intelligence, and Azure OpenAI services.
  • Ability to build solutions addressing customer’s needs.
  • Team-oriented person with a collaborative approach to working with various customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong willingness to learn and understand new technologies is expected.
  • Knowledge of German, minimum at B2 level is a must.
  • Good communication skills in English and Polish (at least B2).
  • C# or Python programming skills will be considered as a big advantage (not a necessary requirement).
  • Availability to work in a hybrid mode or remotely with at least 1 visit in the office per quarter.
