Responsibilities
- Guide and support development teams in applying Agile and Scrum practices
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and German-speaking stakeholders
- You will collaborate with the Management to define budget, effort and staffing
- You will need to manage the change request lifecycle
- Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth delivery

Qualifications
- University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks
- Ability to interface with the technical team and the business
- Experience working with distributed, international teams
- Excellent communication skills in English, Polish and German
- Availability to work remotely with at least 1 visit in the office per quarter.
