Measurements and Calibrations QA Engineer

We are seeking an experienced engineer to participate in the regular measurements, verifications, and calibrations of laboratory equipment and referent sensors. This role is crucial for maintaining our high-quality standards.

General Responsibilities: * Organizes, designs, implements, and maintains quality assurance protocols and methods for processing materials into partially finished or finished products. * Plays a key role in planning, implementing, and managing the compliance of manufacturing and production processes with internal and external safety, quality, and regulatory standards for worldwide distribution. * Organizes design methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision and accuracy of production processes, production equipment, and finished products. * Collaborates on the analysis of reports and production data to identify trends and recommend updates or changes to quality standards and procedures. * Develops methods for testing, sampling, and training. * Acts as an internal consultant by providing technical guidance on complex projects. * Works with quality inspection supervisors to train and oversee inspectors in their use of control forms, procedures, and correcting quality problems.

Experience / Qualifications: * University degree (Bachelors) or equivalent relevant work experience. * Must be a team player, able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands. * Strong communication skills (oral, written, and presentation). * Strong organization, planning, and time management skills. * Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity. * Holds self accountable to achieving goals and standards. * Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). * Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization, including suppliers and external customers.

What to Expect: * Responsible for the calibration/verification process of devices used for measurements. * Creating and developing procedures for calibration and verification of equipment. * Collaboration with external laboratories. * Manage resolution of diagnostic calibration issues. * Maintain a database with certificates and documents. * Validation of new build equipment. * Statistical analyses, MSA, R&R, uncertainty budget. * Taking a key role during laboratory audits (internal and external). * Participation in the maintenance process.

Who is the Right Fit for Our Team? * Required background in metrology. * Required experience in measurements (electrical, mechanical, temperature, pressure, etc.). * Knowledge of statistical tools for data management and analysis. * University Degree in Technical Engineering (Electrical Measurements, Electronics, or Automation or similar specialties). * Experience with data processing, analysis, and metrics. * Result-orientation with a sense of urgency and deadlines. * Attention to detail. * Teamwork attitude. * Fluency in English. * Good MS Office skills.
