Role and Responsibilities
As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for:
- Analyzing customer data (transactional, socio-demographic, behavioral, products and service consumption) to identify business opportunities.
- Developing and maintaining machine learning models for key business objectives such as cross-selling, upselling, churn prediction, client satisfaction, and product recommendations.
- Supporting the development of multichannel campaigns, events-based marketing, and real-time decisioning.
- Actively participating in the development and maintenance of periodic business reports.
- Collaborating closely with other business units to ensure alignment with main objectives.
Skills and Qualifications
Required skills and qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Data Sciences, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Data Scientist in a similar position.
- Excellent programming skills in languages such as Python, R, SAS, and SQL.
- A high level of English proficiency and strong communication skills.
- Previous experience in managing and leading teams, as well as prior experience and knowledge of the banking sector, will be considered a strong asset.
