Role and Responsibilities

As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing customer data (transactional, socio-demographic, behavioral, products and service consumption) to identify business opportunities.
  • Developing and maintaining machine learning models for key business objectives such as cross-selling, upselling, churn prediction, client satisfaction, and product recommendations.
  • Supporting the development of multichannel campaigns, events-based marketing, and real-time decisioning.
  • Actively participating in the development and maintenance of periodic business reports.
  • Collaborating closely with other business units to ensure alignment with main objectives.

Skills and Qualifications

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Data Sciences, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Data Scientist in a similar position.
  • Excellent programming skills in languages such as Python, R, SAS, and SQL.
  • A high level of English proficiency and strong communication skills.
  • Previous experience in managing and leading teams, as well as prior experience and knowledge of the banking sector, will be considered a strong asset.
