Project Description

We're looking for a candidate that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, guided by experienced Salesforce Developers in our Engineering team.

What You'll Do

  • Develop Apex (classes and triggers) and Lightning components to extend Salesforce functionality in support of business requirements;
  • Build and enhance custom user interfaces using Lightning App Builder, LWC, and SLDS;
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems and APIs (e.g., AWS services, DocuSign, REST);
  • Follow Salesforce best practices, including maintaining code documentation, ensuring test coverage (unit tests), and using version control (SFDX/Git);

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud);
  • A minimum of 3 years of development experience (Apex, LWC, SOQL, unit testing with Apex/Jest, and SFDX);
  • Experience with general web development technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;
  • Knowledge of Salesforce security and data governance features (e.g., profiles, roles, sharing rules);
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce development lifecycle, including sandbox management, deployment strategies, and release management;
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with business stakeholders, product owners, and other Salesforce team members;
  • Proactive approach to platform enhancements and a commitment to refactoring code in line with best practices;
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and take initiative;
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (B2+ level);
  • Readiness to work until 1PM CST;
