Project Management Office Internship Program

This internship program offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a Project Management Office (PMO).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing support for development and management teams by monitoring working time, internal tools, and coordinating roll-on/roll-off processes.
• Ensure smooth daily collaboration and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and analyze reports, actively participate in project, data, and system audits.
• Contribute to the optimization of processes with a strong focus on continuous improvement and data quality.
• Manage project access, file permissions, and dashboards.
• Oversee billing for development services and ensure efficient documentation management to support transparency and effective knowledge sharing.
• Analyze business results, support human resources processes, and contribute to effective workforce planning.
• Organize and conduct meetings with management, schedule team events, and ensure effective onboarding of new employees to foster collaboration, integration, and team spirit.

Requirements:

• Availability to work 40 hours per week (full time).
• Active student status.
• Fluency in Polish and English (B2).
• Strong knowledge of MS Office.
• Good understanding of project management processes.
• Detail-oriented and self-organized, capable of tracking open tasks and function statuses.
• Strong desire to learn and develop technical skills.

Bonus Points:

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in PowerBI.
• Experience in working with Jira and Confluence or other tools.
• Basic knowledge of development processes.
