What is this role about?
As a Senior Data Analyst, Product you’ll be at the heart of end-to-end analytics for Add-On products and New Credit Products performance, including origination, conversion, retention/churn, and portfolio health across all markets. You’ll turn complex datasets into actionable insights, helping us improve the end of the loan lifecycle and discover new opportunities. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on collaboration, drives results with data, and is excited to work closely with credit, marketing, and risk teams.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Own analytics for Add-On products and New Credit Products teams.
- Identify and quantify growth opportunities through customer segmentation, pricing analysis, and cross-sell/upsell strategies.
- Develop and maintain key performance dashboards to track business KPIs and customer behavior trends.
- Drive test-and-learn initiatives, including A/B tests and pilots, to validate product or pricing changes and assess impact.
- Act as a thought partner to Head of Add-Ons, Head of New Credit Products and senior leadership, translating data into clear, actionable recommendations that support strategic goals.
What would ensure success in this role?
- Advanced proficiency in writing efficient, production-grade SQL for large datasets
- Strong experience with BI tools, especially Tableau
- Strong experience with DataBricks
- Proficiency in using R or Python for cohort analysis, regression, clustering, and predictive modeling
- Ability to clean, transform, and structure raw data into curated datasets for analytical use (bonus: dbt experience)
- Advanced spreadsheet skills for quick prototyping, sensitivity analysis, and stakeholder-facing models
- Ability to design, monitor, and interpret A/B and multivariate tests, including lift analysis and statistical significance
- Capability to define and operationalize customer, product, and business KPIs (e.g., ARPU, CAC, CLTV, churn, attach rate)
- Experience in producing clear documentation of metric logic, data definitions, and analytical lineage for broader teams
