This is not a traditional DevOps or admin role. We are looking for someone who is hands-on, proactive, and a good communicator; someone who builds usable tools and automation; someone who actively leverages AI in their daily work; and someone who thrives in a collaborative, international environment.

We are looking for an experienced Platform Engineer specializing in AI to join a German biopharmaceutical company known for its pioneering oncology research. As part of a global initiative, you will make AI accessible across the enterprise, enabling thousands of users to experiment with and deploy AI models, intelligent agents and automation workflows on a large scale.

  • Opportunity to work on exciting, international projects in cutting-edge industries like Automotive, Biotech, IoT;
  • Possibility to develop in cloud technologies;
  • Becoming part of a team that believes that the next step to a promising future is to put your heart into it and make it happen;
  • Respect for your private life so you don't have to work overtime or on weekends;
  • Team Events budget to socialize outside of work;
  • Company Events to celebrate smaller and bigger successes (Summer Party, Programmer's Day, and trips abroad – so far we've been in Cape Town, Are, and Barcelona).

Perks and benefits:

  • Fully remote work or in our office in Wrocław;
  • Free benefits such as LuxmedMultisport, and life insurance in Nationale Nederlanden
  • Attractive referral system (9,5k for senior, 6k for mid, 2,5k for junior);
  • Personal Training Budget with additional paid hours;
  • Passion Day - an extra day off for your hobby to spend as you please;
  • Flexible working hours with no micro-management approach. Our core hours are 9-15, the rest of the working time is up to you;
  • We provide high-quality work equipment + 2 additional monitors and accessories.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps and similar roles.
  • Proven software development experience (Python, TypeScript, or similar).
  • Hands-on experience automating real-world processes or building internal tools.
  • Solid cloud infrastructure expertise with AWS (EC2, IAM, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.).
  • Experience with Terraform or CDK for infrastructure provisioning.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.
  • Active daily use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, agent builders, etc.) for development, documentation, research, or automation.
  • A strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work autonomously across teams.
  • Fluent English for smooth collaboration in an international environment.
  • Location in Poland to facilitate collaboration and attendance at occasional team meetings.

Moreover, we appreciate skills in these areas:

  • Kubernetes certification (CKA) and experience with EKS and Helm.
  • Exposure to foundational model hosting (HuggingFace, vLLM, Triton).
  • Understanding of RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases (Weaviate, Qdrant).
  • Familiarity with AI automation libraries (LangChain, Haystack or similar).
  • Observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).
