- 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance within IT/ERP implementation projects.
- Proven experience with SAP projects, ideally S/4HANA.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and agile/hybrid approaches.
- Hands-on experience with quality gate reviews and deliverable validation.
- Solid understanding of change management processes.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English and advanced Slovak are mandatory.
- Ability to work partially on-site in Bratislava (hybrid work model)
Nice to have
- ISTQB, SAP Activate, or Project Management certifications (PMP/PRINCE2).
- Experience in multinational project environments.
Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent and effective application of the agreed project delivery approach (SAP Activate, Agile/Hybrid).
- Verify alignment with SAP best practices and industry standards in project management.
- Conduct quality gate reviews at key project phases (Explore, Realize, Deploy).
- Validate project deliverables (documentation, configurations, test plans, cutover plans).
- Monitor and evaluate change requests, assessing their impact on budget, timeline, and quality.
- Provide regular QA reporting and highlight risks or deviations from standards.
- Cooperate with project stakeholders across business and IT teams, ensuring transparency and compliance with quality processes.
