We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join and strengthen our Grids Automation team in Ukraine

Main responsibilities:

  • Providing order management services to clients - activities include helping clients to handle order quoting, order processing; order fulfilment, review of orders, order entry, order dispatch & support, order payment for their customers.
  • Preparing orders confirmations and agreements
  • Ensuring timely release of orders and a fulfilment of pre-established standards and policies to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitoring and resolving order issues and processing errors
  • Collecting all documentation needed to comply with local regulations and creates the documentation for the credit and debit notes;
  • Processing and archiving all documentation in accordance with local regulations.
  • Keeping daily contact with customers and ensuring a customer compliance resolution process by collecting the necessary information, as well as updating the customers about current status of an issue.
  • Active involvement in the initiatives directed on internal processes improvement.

HITACHI ENERGY UKRAINE

  • Higher education (technical or economical University degree)
  • More than 5 years of experience on the same/similar field
  • Knowledge of SAP (Sales and Distribution Module) and MS-Office.
  • Intermediate level of English.
  • Good communication and analytical skills
  • Readiness to take on challenges, address customer requirements and solve problems
