We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join and strengthen our Grids Automation team in Ukraine
Main responsibilities:
- Providing order management services to clients - activities include helping clients to handle order quoting, order processing; order fulfilment, review of orders, order entry, order dispatch & support, order payment for their customers.
- Preparing orders confirmations and agreements
- Ensuring timely release of orders and a fulfilment of pre-established standards and policies to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Monitoring and resolving order issues and processing errors
- Collecting all documentation needed to comply with local regulations and creates the documentation for the credit and debit notes;
- Processing and archiving all documentation in accordance with local regulations.
- Keeping daily contact with customers and ensuring a customer compliance resolution process by collecting the necessary information, as well as updating the customers about current status of an issue.
- Active involvement in the initiatives directed on internal processes improvement.
