• Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience as a Big Data Developer. 
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. 
• Strong experience with Scala and Apache Spark. 
• Working knowledge of Jenkins, Git, Python/Java, and SQL. 
• Strong technical expertise with a proven ability to solve complex problems. 
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset. 
• Analytical thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving. 
• Experience in the banking or financial sector is a plus. 

Responsibilities

• Operate effectively in a global, follow-the-sun environment, demonstrating proactivity, assertiveness, and strong collaboration skills.
• Deliver IT solutions regularly within a Scrum framework (every 2–3 weeks), taking full ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables. 
• Support Technical Architects in selecting and implementing solutions within the information system (IS). 
• Analyze user requirements and translate them into detailed technical architecture specifications. 
• Provide recommendations and insights on Big Data architecture and best practices. 
• Develop technical solutions in line with business guidelines, standards, and client requirements. 
• Ensure consistent integration of Data Lake use cases within the IS, in collaboration with the Technical Architecture team. 
• Identify potential risks related to costs and timelines, and propose pragmatic, coherent mitigation strategies. 
• Design, develop, and implement data collection, processing, and data mapping workflows using Spark/Scala. 
• Implement and optimize continuous delivery pipelines using Jenkins, SonarQube, Nexus, and Kubernetes.
