Your day-to-day: * Turn data into game-changing insights - partner with teams across the business (revenue, product, finance, customer success and other) to solve real problems, uncover hidden opportunities and drive data-informed decisions. * Build dashboards that make an impact - create powerful visualizations that give teams at Hostinger the visibility and confidence to take action, while ensuring data integrity and validity. * Use SQL and Tableau to extract and analyze data. * Challenge the status quo - improve our current analytical methods, speed up decision-making and support data-driven culture across Hostinger. * Collaborate with our top-notch Data Platform team - work closely with data engineers and analytics engineers to ensure data availability, efficient processes and successful project execution.
Real projects you might work on: * AI Web App Builder Dashboard - we recently launched Hostinger Horizons, our advanced web app builder. You'll work on dashboards to track and analyse user growth, engagement and unit economics, helping us make informed decisions on improving and scaling the product. * Analysing AI Website Builder Users - our AI-powered Website Builder Team needs to understand product usage, user segments and types of websites created. Your insights could help us refine our approach and shape the future of Hostinger's Website Builder. If you want to go the extra mile - some product-related user flow analysis and A/B testing would be welcome too! * Measuring Marketing Impact - we want to understand what happens after users receive communication - do they open it, visit our self-service panel or even make a purchase? Maybe an A/B test would help? Your input will help us improve marketing strategies and drive revenue, retention and other important metrics. * Churn & Retention Analysis - diving deep into why our users stay or leave. This project involves creating dashboards, testing hypotheses about user behavior, segmentation and pricing sensitivity, as well as running A/B tests - all with the goal to improve retention. * Improving Customer Success (CS) - by analyzing customer behaviour and patterns, you'll help us identify common issues, improve onboarding, refine our AI-powered chatbot and define what makes a successful CS conversation, shaping (and hopefully improving!) our customer experience. * And many more, depending on your skills, interests and business needs.
Compensation: * Gross salary from 3,500 EUR/month, depending on your experience and skills.
