As part of Hostinger's AI team, you'll be responsible for building new AI models and making data-driven improvements to our existing models. You will have an enormous opportunity to impact the customer experience, design, architecture and implementation of a cutting edge products used every day by our clients.

Your day-to-day: * Elevate our AI assistant Kodee through in-depth data analysis and actionable insights. * Uncover user intentions across all our products, translating them into meaningful insights that drive product improvements and enhance our AI solutions. * Collaborate with product teams to uncover key improvement areas and drive impactful changes. * Stay ahead of emerging AI trends, shaping the future of web solutions at Hostinger. * Research, develop, and train models spanning from classical techniques to cutting-edge architectures.

Compensation: * Gross salary 4000 - 7000 eur/month (compensation is offered based on work experience and compliance with other job requirements).

• Proven experience in building machine learning models from scratch.
• Hands-on expertise in fine-tuning Large Language Models.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and RESTful APIs.
• Advanced Python skills and a thorough understanding of ML libraries such as PyTorch, LightGBM, and scikit-learn.
• The ability to distill complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Exceptional problem-solving aptitude with unwavering attention to detail.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English, supported by excellent written and verbal communication skills.
