We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to join our Purchase domain. Main domain’s responsibilities include Checkout and Messaging capabilities. Messaging functionality is much bigger than sending each other text messages. Messaging also serves as an escrow order management tool, which is used for negotiating item prices, getting order status updates, orchestrating logistics and offline verification flows, contacting support, and receiving reminders. The Checkout capability, which allows our members to purchase items or Value Added Services, has undergone significant changes in the past couple of years. These changes include service extraction from the monolith and updates to the UX. Despite the changes, the checkout roadmap still contains many interesting challenges. You will join the team that takes care of the Checkout experience. The team has all the competencies to drive decisions and delivery and consists of backend, frontend, quality assurance engineers, decision scientist, product manager, designer, and an engineering manager (your role).

The salary range for this position is € 6,258 - € 8,475 gross per month.
