What is this role about?

As a Senior Data Analyst for Go & Grow, you’ll own end-to-end analytics across investor marketing and product performance—covering everything from investor acquisition and conversion to retention, churn, and portfolio health across all markets. You’ll transform complex data into actionable insights, powering smarter decision-making across our investor funnel. This is a high-impact role that partners closely with our CMO, investor team, and product leadership to shape Bondora’s fastest-growing product.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Own and lead analytics for Go & Grow’s investor marketing and product performance across all geographies.
  • Identify and quantify growth opportunities through segmentation, campaign analysis, and marketing strategy insights.
  • Build and maintain Tableau dashboards to track investor KPIs, behavioral trends, and product health.
  • Design and interpret A/B tests and pilot programs to assess the impact of product, incentive, or communication changes.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to the CMO, investor product leads, and senior leadership—translating data into clear, actionable insights.

What can you expect at Bondora?

  • Contribute to Bondora’s ambitious goal of reaching 1BN in revenue. Your skills and efforts will directly impact our growth trajectory and shape the future of our company.
  • Our employees deserve the best. We recognize our people with a competitive salary and a generous benefits package (5 weeks of vacation, private healthcare compensation, hobby grant, mental healthcare support, share options and much more!)
  • We provide an environment that encourages your personal and professional growth. As we constantly evolve and innovate, you’ll have endless opportunities (and budget) to expand your skills and skyrocket your career.

What would ensure success in this role?

  • Advanced SQL skills and strong experience with Tableau (or equivalent BI tools) for analyzing and visualizing large datasets.
  • Proficiency in Python and Databricks for cohort analysis, regression, clustering, and predictive modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with GA, Amplitude, or similar tools for product and traffic analytics.
  • Ability to build clean, analysis-ready datasets (bonus if experienced with dbt).
  • Strong grasp of A/B testing, experimental design, and statistical analysis.
  • Familiarity with key business metrics (e.g., CAC, CLTV, churn, ARPU) and ability to define and track them.
