Act as a third level expert technical operations team, to support our point of arrival products ensuring long term stability for our customers. Also supports the organization with technical expertise in prioritized projects and collaborates across the organisation with second-line support, development, infrastructure, cloud, network teams and the incident managers.
Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and maintain Windows-based infrastructure solutions to ensure high availability, performance, and security.

Automation: Develop and manage automation scripts using Ansible and Terraform to streamline infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and management.

Version Control: Utilize GitHub for version control, collaboration, and code review processes.

Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to ensure system reliability and efficiency.

On-Call Support: Provide on-call support for critical infrastructure issues, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal downtime.

Collaboration: Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to align infrastructure solutions with business requirements and best practices.

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures.
