About the position

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Procurement Team Leader to join our back office team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to lead and manage a team of procurement experts, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of our procurement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
- Develop and implement procurement processes and best practices aimed at improving efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
- Ensure full compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct quality reviews and compliance checks on key or high-risk aspects of the procurement process.
- Collaborate closely with other departments, including MDM, Procurement, and Finance, to support and achieve business objectives.

- Previous experience managing a multicultural team.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Hands-on experience with procurement systems such as Ariba or Coupa.
- Experience working with ERP systems like SAP R3/S4.
- Deep knowledge of procurement best practices.
