What you’ll achieve
As a Software Senior Principal Engineer, you will lead the design and implementation of DevOps solutions architecture, enabling scalable and efficient engineering workflows. You will work hands-on on implementing automations, CI/CD and container orchestration technologies, while guiding engineering team in implementation and adopting best practices and modern tooling.
You will:
- Design and lead the effort on automation, CI/CD processes and tools to make our services simpler and more robust
- Architect DevOps solutions and technically lead engineers through implementation
- Develop and maintain infrastructure using Python, Linux scripting, and container technologies
- Integrate tools like Jenkins, Git, Jira, Artifactory, Docker, Kubernetes, and VMWare
- Explore and apply Gen AI capabilities to enhance DevOps workflows and engineering productivity

Essential Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, automation, and CI/CD tooling
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- A technical lead with proven ability to architect and implement scalable DevOps solutions
- Proficiency in Jenkins, Python development, Linux scripting, container orchestration and VMware
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes quickly
Desirable Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field
- Advantage to experience with Gen AI frameworks and their application in engineering workflows
