Mission:

To lead and ensure that all projects are successfully executed within the established timings and costs.

Main Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal and third-party/supplier resources for the impeccable execution of projects together with additional resources.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Ensure the availability and allocation of resources.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Maintain and/or modify complete project documentation.
  • Draft the project workbook with additional implementations to the initial requirements.
  • Monitor project performance, specifically to analyze the achievement of short and long-term objectives.
  • Comply with budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document requirements.
  • Conduct individual and/or group training on the overall project operation.
  • Prepare and write user guides for the client's operational team.

Training and Knowledge:

Provide University Education in Engineering/Computer Science/Mathematics or similar, or provide a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the mentioned areas of material flow simulation and intralogistics.

  • Desirable experience with Plant Simulation, AutoCAD, and SQL.
  • Medium-high English level, capable of verbal communication.
  • Previous experience in managing human teams is required.
