Who we're looking for
Remedy is looking for a talented individual who possesses infinite curiosity. You'll work alongside our product managers and partners to create awesome products. What you will do: * Drive new features delivery end-to-end through implementation, launch, and continuous iteration * Help manage deployments and setup CI/CD pipelines * Collaborate in an agile environment to understand business requirements and translate those needs to actionable development code using best practices * Write testable code with the help of modern tools * Participate in code reviews that uphold the principle of clean code and architecture * Participate in active engineering design sessions with evidence and experience-based contributions * Balance speed and quality, with a focus on tangible results

What should my qualifications be?
- 4+ years of professional software development experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
- Excellent communication skills with a minimum B2 level english
- Comfort operating in a sometimes ambiguous, fast-changing environment with rapid iteration cycles
- Track record of managing feature requests with realistic timelines
- Experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies; experience working within Agile teams
- Comfortable writing supporting documentation
Must Have Experience
- TypeScript/Bun (migrated from Node.js), Express and Javascript (React.js )
- Database: Firestore, MongoDB
- Experience with GCP, Docker, Chrome Extension (native dom manipulation), AI integratinos, SOC-2
- Healthcare experience, HIPAA knowledge / projects ideally for U.S based companies
