Veronika Bencheva is looking for a new team member.
Your daily routine would include:
- Work with internal customers to identify and define requirements for new solutions;
- Enhance and configure application functionality to meet business needs;
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts to deliver quality software releases;
- Develop and configure Inventory Operational Support Systems (OSS);
- Support OSS production systems and platforms;
- Fix bugs and coordinate non-standard solutions with users and internal development units;
- Automate and orchestrate operational tasks;
- Perform root cause analysis of resolved issues;
- Take part in on-call duties as per schedule.

We’ll know you’re a great fit if you have:
- You bring experience with MS SQL and/or Oracle Database;
- You have strong database expertise in writing advanced queries, procedures, triggers, etc.;
- You’ve worked in support as a 2nd level engineer;
- You understand telecommunications technologies;
- You possess solid networking knowledge;
- You demonstrate strong analytical skills and always focus on high-quality deliveries.
It would be great if you also have:
- Background or knowledge in telecommunications (transport, radio, core networks);
- Experience with Jira/Atlassian products;
- Exposure to reverse engineering and database descriptions.
