What You’ll Be Driving:

  • Managing large projects or multiple smaller projects simultaneously;
  • Developing comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, resources, deliverables, and milestones;
  • Defining project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with client or company goals;
  • Overseeing budgets, resource allocation, timelines, quality, and change management;
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and company leadership to align team backlogs and roadmaps with business objectives;
  • Facilitating meetings, resolving conflicts, negotiating resolutions, and presenting progress reports;
  • Leading and motivating global, cross-functional project teams while assigning tasks and providing guidance;
  • Performing risk assessments, monitoring potential issues, and implementing mitigation strategies;
  • Ensuring quality assurance throughout project execution and adapting processes as needed;
  • Deploying SDLC principles and facilitating requirement gathering sessions.

What Makes You a GR8 Fit:

  • Knowledge of project management tools: in-depth knowledge and experience with project management tools (f.ex. JIRA, Trello, MS Project, Monday; job automation tools, KPI tracking, presentation, G-Suite);
  • Experience in tech & software development;
  • Knowledge of SDLC;
  • Knowledge or familiarity with e-gaming industry;
  • Project Management certifications are desirable (PMP, CSM, PRINCE2, CAPM);
  • Knowledge of project management frameworks and methodologies (Waterfall, Hybrid, Agile, SAFe, Spotify etc.);
  • Advanced English proficiency;
  • Ukrainian or Russian would be a plus.
