At Nomagic, we’re on a mission to teach robots the real world. We are looking for a Software Engineering Manager who’s ready to deep dive into the hard problems of physical AI and advanced, high-scale computer vision systems and at the same time build a healthy team.

Some of the problems you may try to solve with us:
- Build highly scalable and reliable AI cloud and on-premises computer vision product from its early days
- Lead development of systems with Gen AI and VLMs at its core
- Building self-organized, well-functioning teams, focused on making our robots intelligent and our customers happy
- Building a culture of trust and open feedback, disregard for the impossible!
- Taking responsibility for deploying and continuously improving ML systems in production and measuring their impact in a data-driven way
- Preparing and executing research and development efforts and their production roll-outs
- Developing interfaces and APIs for the integration of machine learning algorithms with robots and warehouse management systems
What skills we’d like you to have:
- 8+ years of experience in building highly scalable and reliable services; deep learning and computer vision is a strong plus
- 3+ years of experience in people management
- Experience with building cloud native systems
- Technical leadership skills & experience
- Hands-on approach - you will be working side by side with your team
- Great problem-solving and proficiency in one of the modern programming languages (we use mostly Python)
- Fluent communication in English
- Strong team player and positive energy
