Auth0 is an easy-to-implement, authentication and authorization platform designed by developers for developers. We make applications’ login boxes safe, secure, and seamless for anyone logging in.

Position Description:

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the strategy and execution of the Core Identity product features. This includes capabilities such as session and refresh token management, various types of logouts like RP-initiated, back-channel logout and single logouts across multiple protocols, and other identity services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and customer success, to ensure we deliver robust and user-centric IAM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for core identity services
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features that enhance security and user experience.
  • Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Engage with customers and partners to understand their needs and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor product performance, analyze metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize features.
  • Communicate product updates and progress to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, solutions architecture, or solutions engineering, ideally in a cloud-native technology company, with a total of 15+ years of experience in technology.
  • Proven experience in Identity and Access Management, preferably with knowledge of standards and concepts in protocols, session management and logout.
  • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of IAM protocols, security standards, and best practices.
  • Experience in building and deploying solutions for customers in the field.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products from concept to market.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Knowledge of OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, and other IAM standards.
  • Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
