Join us as a Senior Product Manager @Webshare to play a key role in owning and driving core areas of the product. You’ll be joining a small, fast-paced and innovative team that deeply values thoughtful design, fast iteration, and user-first thinking. We’re now expanding the team to support continued growth and product scale. This role is ideal for someone hands-on, curious, detail-oriented, and excited to work at the intersection of design, engineering, and business.
Your day-to-day: * Drive product development from discovery to launch, owning specs, timelines, and iteration. * Identify low-cost, high-impact improvements through user behavior analysis and internal feedback. * Collaborate with frontend engineers to run experiments, write PRDs, answer implementation questions, and clarify feasibility. * Work closely with backend engineers to understand technical constraints, especially around proxies, networking, and platform architecture. * Guide the product designer to align features with user needs, product goals, and real usage data. * Partner with the risk team to manage internal tool improvements that support fraud prevention and user verification * Support the commerce lead (in charge of CS, account management, and marketing) by running pricing experiments and incorporating customer feedback from support channels into the product roadmap. * Help prioritize engineering work based on cost, user impact, and business goals.
Gross salary: 5000 - 6600 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies. Your skills & experience: * 3+ years experience as a Product Manager, Saas infrastructure tools highly preferred. * Strong attention to detail and organizational habits. * High product curiosity. * Clear, proactive communication, ability to thrive in hybrid async + live collaboration. * Comfortability using tools like Mixpanel, PostHog, or Google Analytics for hypothesis-driven development. * Skills in writing clear documentation, specs, and feature breakdowns. * Able to balance speed and quality while working with engineers and design.
Nice to have: * Familiarity with proxies, scraping, or developer tools.
