What You Will Do
- Design, build, and evolve software systems to meet business needs — from greenfield projects to enhancing existing solutions
- Improve services with a focus on scalability, reliability, and long-term sustainability
- Implement and refine monitoring and alerting setups for full system visibility
- Develop and optimize infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes for smooth delivery
- Collaborate closely with other teams to ensure seamless integration across the platform
- Document and share designs, best practices, and lessons learned to uplift the whole engineering culture

What We’re Looking For
- Solid understanding of OOP principles, software engineering best practices, and API design
- Proactive mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Upper-Intermediate English for effective cross-team communication
- Knowledge of distributed systems design and scalable architectures
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Kubernetes, Helm)
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred, others also valued)
- Practical experience with monitoring and observability tools (Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry)
- Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases
- (Nice to have) Experience with incident management and participation in on-call schedules
- (Nice to have) Previous exposure to the iGaming industry
