YOUR MISSION

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Salesforce team. In this role, you will lead Go-to-Market initiatives for functionalities developed by the Salesforce Technical team, bridging the gap between business and technology, and ensure the successful delivery of impactful projects across our countries. We are seeking for a very hands-on person who has an interest and knowledge about API and who wants to grow in a key area for Glovo with massive growth opportunities.

THE JOURNEY

  • Go-to-Market abilities: Spearheading initiatives for new and existing Salesforce functionalities, ensuring effective adoption by users and stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: work closely with both technical teams and commercial units to translate technical functionalities into business terms.
  • Project Execution: Working closely with the Salesforce Technical team to prioritize, plan, and execute projects.
  • Be proactive and hands-on in understanding business and team challenges, finding standard solutions to drive impact through a seamless customer experience.
  • Data Analysis: Analyzing data to estimate the impact of initiatives to support decision-making and prioritization
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintaining clear communication and managing expectations across teams in 22 countries.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience managing and executing technical projects, ideally within Salesforce or similar CRM environments.
  • Strong affinity for technical aspects such as SQL, and data analysis
  • Proficiency in the use of AI for automation.
  • Demonstrated experience with API integrations.
  • You can translate complexity into action plans and needs into business solutions across a variety of stakeholders
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working across diverse teams and functions.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate project outcomes and track success through adoption KPIs.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Worked in a fast-paced environment and enjoyed providing insights that will help evolve existing projects and define new ones.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce platforms or tools is a nice to have
