As an Analyst, you will work closely with other Product Delivery Specialists, Data specialists, Software Developers, and QA Engineers to take ownership of enhancement requests and critical application production issues, proposing solutions and working with internal teams to release required changes.
Implement the Vision – Translate the product strategy into desired functionality expressed as requirements with documentation to support and guide other internal team functions and the customer. Communicate efficiently - Share knowledge on the product to internal teams and to customers with clear documentation. Translate Needs – Communicate the product requirements to the development teams and ensure the needs have been met. Improve Quality – Build quality into acceptance criteria and accept all work increments produced by internal data teams. Integrate with the other business product lines and technology to align your product’s strategy with the overall needs advised by the business line and technology executives.
This role is based in Vilnius. The company allows the flexibility to work half a week on-site and remotely (Hybrid model).

Key skills required for this role will include an interest in capital markets or data systems. You will be responsible for defining the best solutions to address our customer’s needs. You will lead and handle the definition, development, and delivery of NTS Data for different asset classes and markets, balancing client desirability, financial viability, and technical feasibility throughout the product lifecycle. As a Business Analyst, you will also engage with customers, vendors and exchanges on a regular basis to ensure that the product requirements are well defined and clear to customers. A valid working permit for the EU is required.
