  • Min. a year of experience in IT support, ERP systems, or Oracle application support (preferred). 
  • Proven working experience with Oracle ERP and EPM systems (required). 
  • Exposure to Oracle ERP, EPM, or similar enterprise applications (a plus). 
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills (required). 
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills in English (written and verbal). 
  • Working knowledge of JIRA or similar project management software (preferred). 
  • Experience with Salesforce.com platform (preferred). 
  • Familiarity with systems implementation methodologies (waterfall and agile). 
  • Ability to gather inputs and synthesize into actionable business outcomes. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet time-sensitive deadlines. 
  • Flexibility to be available outside normal business hours for emergencies or system tasks. 
  • BA/BS in Business Administration or related field (preferred). 
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator (preferred). 

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 support for Oracle ERP and EPM systems, responding to user requests, troubleshooting access or data issues, and logging tickets in Jira or the internal ticketing system. 
  • Monitor system health, alerts, and error logs; perform routine checks and escalate anomalies to higher-level teams. 
  • Assist users with navigation, basic functionality, and troubleshooting for Oracle ERP and EPM (e.g., Financials, EDM). 
  • Document and maintain SOPs, support runbooks, and resolution playbooks for recurring issues. 
  • Participate in Oracle release and patch management activities, including smoke testing and validation of key functions. 
  • Track and log tickets related to performance, access, and bug reports, escalating as required. 
  • Communicate effectively with business users and technical teams, ensuring timely updates and resolutions. 
  • Maintain a basic understanding of Oracle ERP modules and terminology to support cross-functional teams. 
  • Provide support coverage during off-hours or weekends for maintenance or critical issues. 
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
