As a Trading Support Specialist, you’ll support our Trading Team by responding to customer inquiries through email, ensuring high service standards for DraftKings clients ensuring smooth sports betting operations across all markets. You’ll support all aspects of the trading process while collaborating across multiple teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. You’ll also follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and escalate complaints when necessary to maintain an exceptional customer experience.
