About the Role

As an IT Operations & Cloud Specialist, you will:

  • Run and support IT operations for high-availability, scalable systems (on-premises and cloud).
  • Remediate incidents, deploy applications, and manage configuration changes for new releases
  • Participate in projects to enhance automation, process improvements, and platform reliability
  • Maintain and improve operational documentation and knowledge bases
  • Collaborate with technical owners and cross-functional teams to deliver on SLAs and business initiatives
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring system stability, resiliency, and performance
  • Support and improve CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible)
  • On-call rotation after probation period for business-critical incidents or agreed in advanced maintenance work

  • Experience in IT operations, system administration, or application support in a global or enterprise environment
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably AWS), including deployment models and automation
  • Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar)
  • Familiar with CI/CD pipelines (Git, GitLab, Jenkins, etc.)
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate and fulfill tasks within deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)

  • Professional certifications (ITIL, Cloud Technologies, Kubernetes or Agile related)
  • Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix and Windows systems
  • Scripting/programming skills
  • Understanding of networking, virtualization, and security best practices
  • Experience in financial services, trading, or post-trade systems
