Staff Product Manager - Search&Discovery

As our business grows, the number of exciting people initiatives grows with it, and we’re looking for a new colleague to partner with our team to bring these to life.

We’re looking for a Staff PM to own the search experience and infrastructure, to establish the foundations (accurate, reliable, fast) and scale (intuitive, personalized, and experimentation-driven) across our entire Superbet ecosystem. Search is how customers find and discovery — bets, games, scores, and beyond. It’s both a utility and a growth engine — but today, our Search is far from that perfect experience. Our Search works well only in some Product Areas.

What you'll be doing

  • Drive outcomes: reduced abandonment, higher discovery, cross-sell, and engagement
  • Define and own the search strategy: purpose, KPIs, and role across Sports, Casino, Social, and Superscore
  • Build a federated search architecture: unified framework where verticals plug in content
  • Deliver sub-second, personalized search results across web & app
  • Develop intelligent features: predictive suggestions, natural language queries, contextual search
  • Partner with ML & data science teams to embed personalization and relevance models

We're looking for someone with:

  • 8+ years product management experience in consumer tech, marketplaces, or media at scale
  • Owned the search product or discovery framework (marketplaces, e-commerce, streaming, gaming)
  • Evidence of business impact: improved discovery, increased conversion, reduced search dead-ends
  • Strong data & experimentation mindset: query analytics, A/B testing, optimization loops
  • Experience with personalized or intelligent search (NLP, predictive models, recommendation systems)
  • Proven ability to align multiple verticals into a unified discovery experience
  • Clear communicator who can tell the story of why search matters to both users and business
