WHAT TASKS AWAIT YOU?

  • Define and implement service quality KPIs (e.g., success/response rate, round-trip time, availability, stability, DL/UL speed, utilization).
  • Build and maintain E2E monitoring - dashboards, and alarms across multiple data sourcesDesign and operate data pipelines (Logstash, Python)
  • Implement and tune ML anomaly detection function (elastic search)
  • Build knowledge base (document own/team work)
  • Collaborating in an international environment.
  • Query, correlate, and visualize large log/telemetry datasets in Elastic (Elasticsearch/Kibana) and via KQL where applicable.
  • Develop and maintain Logstash pipelines and Python for ingestion, enrichment, and quality checks.
  • Build KPI dashboards and alerting for E2E service chains; tune alert thresholds to reduce noise.
  • Analyze Sigos/GlobalRoamer etc active test data and correlate with passive network data (ELK, performance counters).
  • Create ad hoc analyses for incidents and problem investigations; provide clear, time-bound findings.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly KPI packs and executive summaries; automate where possible.
  • Maintain data documentation.
  • Handle analytics-related tickets and changes in SM/CRM tools and Jira.

WHAT SKILLS WILL BE APPRECIATED?

  • Experience: 3+ years as a Data Analyst/BI/Monitoring Analyst or similar, working with large-scale log/telemetry data.
  • Elastic Stack: strong hands-on with Elasticsearch (indexing, mappings, queries, performance), Kibana (visualizations, Lens, Canvas), Logstash (pipelines, filters, grok/regex).
  • AI Assistance experience.
  • Jira/Confulence knowledge
  • Programming: Python for data processing/automation (pandas, numpy; basic CLI/scripts).
  • Query languages: KQL (Kusto) experience for Log Analytics/Azure Data Explorer or similar environments.
  • Data visualization and KPI design for operational monitoring/alerting.
  • Data modeling for logs/time-series; data quality and validation practices.
  • Version control and collaboration: Git, Jira/Confluence.
  • Working in Linux environments; basic Bash helpful.

Nice-to-have skills:

  • Telecommunications domain: 2G/3G/4G/5G basics; EPC/5GC concepts; APN, RADIUS, DNS, Diameter fundamentals.
  • Monitoring and active testing tools: Sigos/GlobalRoamer (or similar platforms).
  • Ticketing/ITSM: HP Service Manager (or similar), SLA reporting.
  • CheckMK experience.
  • Additional observability stacks: Grafana/Prometheus, Elastic Beats, Elastic APM.
  • Applied analytics/ML for anomaly detection, forecasting.

Others:

  • On-call support up to 5 weeks per year.
  • Planned maintenance during night shifts up to 6 times per year.
  • Occasional business travel up to 4 times per year.
