Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver system integrations, including e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and internal applications.
- Gather technical requirements from clients and prepare integration documentation.
- Implement both frontend and backend integrations (REST API, webhooks, basic JS/HTML/CSS).
- Provide technical support to clients, including troubleshooting integration and system issues.
- Develop process automations in internal systems (e.g., Zoho CRM) to support different departments.
- Perform manual integration testing and monitor deployed solutions.
- Share knowledge and support colleagues in solving technical challenges to help the team grow together.
