Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure products meet regulatory and company standards.
- Identify and analyze operational processes to drive continuous improvement projects, enhancing efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, to implement quality improvements and resolve any quality-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, conducting regular audits and inspections.
- Maintain comprehensive records of quality issues, improvement initiatives, and compliance audits. Prepare detailed reports and documentation as required.
- Develop and deliver training programs for staff on quality standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality engineering or operations role.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and statistical tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with ISO standards and regulatory compliance is a plus.
